Vyšetrovateľ Okresného riaditeľstva Policajného zboru v Poprade na základe získanej dôkaznej situácie vzniesol obvinenie 69 ročnému miestnemu mužovi zo zločinu sexuálne zneužívanie. V stredu (28.08.2024) popoludní, v Poprade, časť Kvetnica, na konci cyklistického chodníka, tento muž mal kontaktovať 7 ročné bicyklujúce sa dievčatko.
Muž zavolal malú slečnu aby šla za ním, tá ho nasledovala. Šli do lesa pri ceste, na konci cyklistického chodníka. 69 ročný muž sa k dievčatku nevhodne správal a preto začala volať otca. Muž z miesta ušiel na kolobežke! Polícia vypátrala podozrivého muža, bol umiestnený do cely policajného zaistenia kde s ním boli vykonané potrebné procesné úkony. Zákon pri tomto zločine stanovuje pre páchateľa trest odňatia slobody na tri až desať rokov!
