22-ročný muž napadol starší manželský pár v ich rodinnom dome, 82-ročnú dôchodkyňu aj znásilnil. „V ruke mal nôž a žiadal od nej finančné prostriedky a alkohol. Keď mu to odmietla dať, znova ju fyzicky napadol, udrel ju do hrudníka. Keď spadla na zem, zamkol dvere, zvalil ju na gauč a tam ju znásilnil,“ uviedol okresný prokurátor Marek Rajnič.
Obvinený 22-ročný Ján sa 7. júna postavil pred sudcu. Ten rozhodoval o tom, či osemkrát trestaného páchateľa ponechá vo väzbe, alebo ho prepustí domov. Skutok sa stal v sobotu, 3. júna podvečer, keď si mladík dom vytypoval a žiadal od dôchodcov peniaze a alkohol. Keď mu ich nedali, fyzicky ich napadol. 84-ročný starký dokonca bojoval s útočníkom aj napriek vysokému veku a hrdinský chránil svoju manželku a majetok.
Prokurátor navrhol obvineného vziať do väzby a to z dôvodu, aby nepokračoval v trestnej činnosti. „Tento dôvod je daný najmä osobou páchateľa, ktorý aj napriek svojmu veku už bol osemkrát súdne trestaný, z toho trikrát vo výkone trestu,“ dodal Rajnič. Sudca mestského súdu v Košiciach sa s návrhom prokurátora stotožnil a vzal ho do väzby. Obvinený to ale videl inak. Voči rozhodnutiu sa ale neodvolal a tak je právoplatné. V prípade uznania viny mu hrozí 15 rokov za mrežami.
