V jednom z rodinných domov v Bardejove, došlo v piatok (17.03.2023) podvečer k protiprávnemu konaniu zo strany 37 ročného muža voči svojej manželke. V kuchyni muž podišiel k žene, ktorá sedela na posteli a s kuchynským nožom, ktorý držal v ruke sa jej vyhrážal, že ju zabije. 27 ročný muž, ktorý bol prítomný pri tejto situácií, skočil k mužovi a vytrhol mu nôž z ruky.
Konanie agresívneho muža vzbudilo obavu a strach. Policajná hliadka po príchode na miesto obmedzila muža na osobnej slobode, bol umiestnený do cely policajného zaistenia. Po vykonaní potrebných procesných úkonov poverený príslušník Obvodného oddelenia Policajného zboru v Bardejove mužovi vzniesol obvinenie z trestného činu nebezpečné vyhrážanie. Na obvineného bol spracovaný podnet na podanie návrhu na jeho vzatie do väzby.
