Vyšetrovateľ Národnej jednotky boja proti nelegálnej migrácii ÚHCP Prezídia PZ obvinil dve osoby v rámci akcie „Amadeus“ v súvislosti s trestnou činnosťou obchodovania s ľuďmi a ohrozovania mravnej výchovy mládeže.
Ide o 18-ročnú ženu z Malaciek a 59-ročného muža, občana Rakúska.Podľa doterajších zistení mala obvinená žena v júni 2022 pod zámienkou zárobku nalákať 16-ročnú mladistvú obeť do Bratislavy, kde ju odovzdala obvinenému mužovi.
Ten s ňou mal v hotelovej izbe vykonať súlož, pričom žena za tento skutok dostala finančnú odmenu.Obvinený muž sa od novembra 2023 nachádza vo väzbe a čelí už štyrom obvineniam súvisiacim s obchodovaním s ľuďmi, ohrozovaním mravnej výchovy mládeže a sexuálnym zneužívaním detí.
Celkovo sa skutky týkajú dvoch mladistvých a piatich maloletých dievčat. V prípade obvinenej ženy ide o druhé obvinenie za obdobnú trestnú činnosť.V prípade dokázania viny hrozí obvineným trest odňatia slobody na 7 až 12 rokov.FOTO: Akcia Amadeus z roku 2024
