Ingredience: Vepřové játra 6 stroužků česneku 3 velké cibule Potravinářský škrob Sůl 1 lžíce mleté červené papriky 50 ml olivového oleje 4 lžíce rajčatového protlaku 7 lžic sojové omáčky 2-3 lžíce medu Postup: Nakrájená játra na větší plátky v misce posypeme škrobovou moučkou, osolíme, přidáme mletou papriku, olej a česnek. Vše důkladně promícháme a necháme odležet cca 20 minut.
Na rozpáleném tuku důkladně orestujeme po obou stranách a přidáme na kolečka nakrájenou cibuli. Tuto směs dusíme cca 5-7 minut. Mezi tím si připravíme marinádu z rajčatového protlaku, sojové omáčky, medu a ½ sklenice vařící vody. Důkladně promícháme do doby, než se med zcela rozpustí. Tuto směs nalijeme na játra, promícháme a podusíme cca 7-10 minut pod pokličkou na mírném ohni. My jsme si zvolili jako přílohu klasickou rýži Přejeme všem dobrou chuť.
