16 ročný mladík a 29 ročný muž mali v stredu (07.08.2024) stretnutie vo večerných hodinách.
Stretli sa neďaleko jedného z domov na Ul. Jiřího Wolkera, v Poprade a to s cieľom vzájomného uspokojenia. Neskôr ale došlo k situácii, kedy 16 ročný mladík pod hrozbou zabitia vzal 29 ročnému mužovi z kapsy peňaženku a vybral z nej 20,-Eur a taktiež požadoval od neho dve retiazky zo žltého kovu, ktoré mal na krku.
Starší z mužov sa nebránil a to z dôvodu obavy o svoj život. V prípade začal okresný vyšetrovateľ trestné stíhanie vo veci zločinu lúpeže. Osoba podozrivá z uvedeného zločinu bola už v priebehu niekoľkých hodín vypátraná, bola zadržaná a umiestnená do cely policajného zaistenia.
Po vykonaní potrebných procesných úkonov bola získaná dostatočná dôkazná situácia, ktorá umožnila okresnému vyšetrovateľovi v Poprade vzniesť 16 ročnému mladíkovi obvinenie zo zločinu lúpeže. Vyšetrovateľ spracoval podnet na podanie návrhu na vzatie obvineného do väzby.
