Do redakcie spravodajstva PRESS.TV Crime, sa nám ozval pracovník pohrebnej služby Barezio plus Lukáš Dunka z Popradu ktorý nám oznámil, že je v koncoch. Pred pár dňami v obci Veľká Lomnica náhle zomrela rómka ktorá bola bez domova. Miestni obyvatelia preto navštívili starostu obce od ktorého žiadali aby im pomohol nebohú ženu ktorá patrila pod obec pochovať. Ten im mal oznámiť, že obec nemá peniaze a zo situácie doslova vykľučkoval.
Rómovia preto zorganizovali finančnú zbierku, podarilo sa im vyzbierať zhruba 600 eur. Poprosili preto pohrebnú službu aby im za tie peniaze pre nebohú vychystali pohreb. Pracovník pohrebnej služby Barezio plus sa nad rómami zľutoval truhlu a ostatné náležitosti okolo pohrebu vybavil. Šok mal nastať keď správca cintorína a starosta obce mali miestnym rómom a pohrebnej službe oznámiť, že romovia nesmú kopať hrob bez certifikátov, lebo keď sa opijú a popadajú do vykopanej jamy kto za to ponesie zodpovednosť ?
To už nervy vykypeli aj samotnému pracovníkovi pohrebnej služby a okamžite kontaktoval splnomocnenca vlády pre rómske komunity aby im oznámil ako vo Veľkej Lomnici diskriminujú rómov. O stanovisko v danej veci sme požiadali aj samotného splnomocnenca vlády pre rómske komunity. Do uzávierky článku sme zatiaľ odpoveď nedostali.
