Vyšetrovateľ Okresného riaditeľstva Policajného zboru v Poprade vedie trestné stíhanie vo veci trestného činu krádeže spáchaného v súbehu s trestným činom neoprávnené vyrobenie a používanie platobného prostriedku. V pondelok (20.11.2023) sa 59 ročná Popradčanka zoznámila v meste s mužom a pozvala ho do svojho bytu.
Muž vyzval ženu, aby si zložila náušnice a to z dôvodu, že ju ostrihá. Zrazu ale muž povedal, že musí súrne odísť, pričom využil nepozornosť 59 ročnej ženy a pri odchode vzal nielen jej náušnice ale aj peňaženku z jej tašky. V nej mala žena hotovosť i bankomatovú platobnú kartu.
Neskôr muž použil platobnú kartu vo svoj prospech a vykonal ňou niekoľko bezhotovostných platieb. Dôverčivosť musí mať svoje hranice a v tomto prípade boli jednoznačne prekročené.
