Už druhý deň Slovenské médiá informujú o prípade z okolia Košíc pričom mal 35 ročný muž sexuálne zneužiť dve iba 11 ročné dievčatka. Našej redakcii spravodajstva PRESS.TV a www.crime.sk sa podarilo zistiť, že celú túto ohavnosť má na svedomí 35 ročný muž,ktorý nie je rómskeho pôvodu.
Pre veľmi citlivý obsah a vzhľadom na vek u dievčat nebudeme zverejňovať či ide o rómske, alebo nerómske deti. Pravdou však je ,že sudca okresného súdu Košice nebezpečného pedofila prepustil zo zadržania na Slobodu.
Iba si pripomeňme,že obnaženého muža spolu s dievčatkami v aute prichytila policajná hliadka a to priamo na mieste činu. Ten sa dokonca priznal ,že dievčatka proti svojej vôli ho museli orálne a ručné uspokojiť ,lebo sa im vyhrážal, že v opačnom prípade ich ponechá samich v tme na odľahlom mieste. Celý incident sa mal odohrať v neskorich nočných hodinách, tiež je priam nevysvetliteľné čo o takom to čase dve maloleté deti robili vonku bez doprovodu rodičov !?
Záhadou však naďalej ostáva prečo sudca OS nebezpečného muža prepustil na slobodu ak mu za trestný čin zo zneužitia dvoch maloletých deti hrozí až 10 ročne väzenie!?
Na záver ako objektívny novinár a redaktor spravodajstva si dovolím dodať, že ak by takýto ohavný čin spáchal róm už, by bol okamžite väzobne stíhaný, a na slobodu by sa dostal až o 10 rokov neskôr.
Za také to procesné úkony v značnej miere môže aj nedávno schválený Ficov zákon o zmiernenie trestov pri znásilnení.
