Kuřecí prsa zapečená s broskví a sýrem Ingredience 4 plátky, sýr ,400 g kuřecí prsa, 4 ks kompotované broskve marináda 2 lžíce, olej, sojová omáčka, podle chuti, sůl, mletý pepř podle potřeby, olej Postup přípravy Kuřecí prsa lehce naklepeme, osolíme a opepříme. Zakapeme 2 lžícemi oleje a sojové omáčky a necháme alespoň 1 – 2 hodiny uležet v lednici.
Po uplynulé době na pánvi rozehřejeme olej a kuřecí prsa i s marinádou opečeme. Do zapékací mísy dáme kuřecí prsa a na ně položíme broskev či dvě podle velikosti a přikryjeme 2 plátky sýra. Přelijeme je výpekem a trochou šťávy z broskví. Vložíme do předehřáté trouby na 180 °C a zapékáme 30 minut. Kuřecí prsa zapečená s broskví a sýrem podáváme s vařenými či opečenými brambory a přeléváme vypečenou šťávou.
