22 ročný muž bývajúci v Humennom bol obvinený z trestného činu ublíženia na zdraví spáchaného v súbehu s trestným činom výtržníctva.
Bola získaná dostatočná dôkazná situácia, že muž sa uvedených skutkov dopustil a to včera (06.08.2023) krátko po polnoci, v priestoroch jednej z humenských reštaurácií kde sa konala svadobná hostina. Počas svadby mladý muž najskôr vyvolával konflikty, pľuval po hosťoch a dokonca im aj vulgárne nadával.
Z uvedeného dôvodu bol vyvedený z tejto oslavy von. Neskôr pred reštauráciou fyzicky napadol ženu, ktorá mu dohovárala aby nerobil problémy. Žena pri útoku utrpela zlomeninu nosa.
Agresívny muž bol policajnou hliadkou obmedzený na osobnej slobode a bol umiestnený do cely policajného zaistenia. Poverený príslušník Obvodného oddelenia Policajného zboru v Humennom na obvineného spracoval podnet na podanie návrhu na jeho väzobné stíhanie.
