Podľa doterajších zistení našej redakcie spravodajstva PRESS.TV Crime, malo dôjsť k potýčke medzi mestským policajtom a mužmi z Medzilaboriec. Na autentickom videu je vidieť, ako Mestský policajt drží v ruke zbraň a oháňa sa ňou. Paradoxom však je, že muž zákona prišiel na ulicu medzi rómami bez služobného auta a bez doprovodu kolegov. Až následne potom za nim prichádzajú jeho kolegovia, ktorí si na pomoc privolali PMJ- čkárov. Medzi rómami nastal obrovský chaos, tí nevidia dôvod prečo mestský policajt vytiahol zbraň. Miestni obyvatelia si urobili aj videozáznamy z incidentu pričom na záberoch je jasne vidieť ako mestský policajt mieri na nich zbraňou. Videa zverejnili na facebooku, no potom z neznámych dôvodov všetci videa zo sociálnej sieti stiahli a vymazali.
Oslovili sme, preto policajného hovorcu KRPZ Prešov, Daniela Džobanika, aby sa k celej udalosti vyjadril podľa jeho vyjadrenia pre redakciu spravodajstva PRESS.TV Crime to, ale všetko bolo celkom inak.
Dňa 07.07.2023 v čase okolo 18.30 hod. počas preverenia udalosti rušenia verejného poriadku hliadkou Mestskej polície v Medzilaborciach na križovatke ulíc Fučíkova a Dukelských hrdinov v Medzilaborciach, rukami strčil do oblasti hrude tam zasahujúceho policajta, následne doposiaľ nezistení páchatelia pri bytových domoch na ulici Dukelských hrdinov v dôsledku vypätej situácie, po obvode v tesnej blízkosti, obkolesili policajta mestskej polície, kde ho začali rukami opakovane strkať zo všetkých strán a vyhrážať sa mu fyzickou ujmou. Policajtovi Mestskej polície neboli spôsobené zranenia, ktoré by si vyžiadali lekárske ošetrenie. Polícia na mieste zadržala dvoch mužov vo veku 48 a 46 rokov. Obaja boli umiestnení do cely policajného zaistenia. Vyšetrovateľ OKP OR PZ v Humennom začal trestné stíhanie pre prečinútoku na verejného činiteľa. Uviedol policajný hovorca Daniel Džobanik pre PRESS.TV Crime.
