Vo veci trestného činu krádeže bolo vedené trestné stíhanie a zároveň bolo na základe dôkaznej situácie vznesené obvinenie z uvedeného protiprávneho konania 31 ročnému Prešovčanovi. Obvinený muž krátko po obede včerajšieho dňa (27.03.2023) navštívil jednu z prešovských záložní.
Ruku prestrčil pod oddeľovacie sklo a z pultu vzal dva prstene zo žltého kovu. Záložni vznikla krádežou škoda vo výške cca 470,-Eur. Prešovčan sa s týmto úlovkom
odobral do druhej záložne, kde sa pokúsil tieto prstene speňažiť! Aj v tomto prípade ide o človeka, ktorý sa obdobného trestného činu dopustil už aj v minulosti a to začiatkom februára tohto roku! Prešovčan bol zadržaný a bol umiestnený do cely policajného zaistenia.
