Ingredience: 1/2 kg Hladké mouky 1/2 kg Polohrubá mouka, pokud nemáte použijte krupičku 6 větších brambor 1 cibule, voda, sůl 2 vejce, ( sladká paprika ) Maso dle vašeho výběru ( kuře, buček atd.) doporučujeme slepici na česneku. Postup přípravy: Než začneme vařit, dáme péct do trouby maso nebo kuře, (doporučujeme slepici načesneku). Maso vám pustí štávu, kterou budeme později potřebovat na podlévání. Oloupeme si zhruba 6 větších brambor, dáme do osolené vroucí vody a necháme vařit.
Do většího hrnce dáme vařit vodu kterou osolíme a necháme vařit. Těsto na halušky připavíme takto: 1/2 kg hladke mouky a 1/2 kg polohrubé mouky dáme do mísy, přidáme 2 vejce, sůl a vodu. Těsto pořádně promícháme a vypracujeme, tak aby těsto nebylo měkké ani tuhé. Těsto dobře vyválíme a rozřízneme nožem na proužky. Proužek těsta si přeložíme přes ruku a trháme malé kousky a házíme do osolené vroucí vody, až nám halušky vyplavou nahoru, halušky jsou hotové. Postupně oplachujeme pod tekoucí vodou. Do mísy postupně přidáme halušky a po té přidáme trochu brambory a přidáme trochu omastku z masa to vše opakujte. Na rozehřáte pánví osmažíme cibuli do zlatova , můžete přidat sladkou papriku a můžete přidat na halušky. Přejeme Vám dobrou chuť.
